  • Executive Order revoking a Trump Executive Order from 2020, and “empowering minorities” by allowing illegal discriminatory hiring practices in the government.

  • Terminated the Executive Order 13928 which had blocked property of certain persons associated with the International Criminal Court (ICC).
  • Biden’s administration strongly condemned the recent indiscriminate rocket attacks from Gaza into Israel. This administration’s continued support for efforts to advance the two-state solution.
  • Issued a new Presidential Determination to address an unforeseen emergency refugee situation for Africa (7,000), East Asia (1,000), Europe and Central Asia (1,500), Latin America and the Caribben (3,000), Near East and South Asia (1,500) and Unallocated Reserve (1,000). The Secretary of State is authorized to use the unallocated reserve and transfer unused allocations between categories if needed.

  • In Executive order 14013 President Biden directed actions to rebuild and enhance the United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP). In May the Administration presented a Memorandum to raise the number of admissions to 62,500 for FY 2021. Adjusted Allocations as follows: Africa (22,000), East Asia (6,000), Europe and Central Asia (4,000), Latin America and the Caribben (5,000), Near East and South Asia (13,000) and Unallocated Reserve (12,500). The Department of State proposed reallocating refugee admissions and increasing the FY 2021 admissions from 15,000 to 62,500.
  • Revoked multiple Executives Orders from past administration. The Executive Order 13925 which prevented online censorship. Also, revoked the Executive Order 13933 protecting American Monuments, memorials, and statues and combating recent criminal violence. Executive Order 13934 on building and rebuilding monuments to American Heroes. Executive Order 13964 for rebranding United States foreign assitance to advance american influence. Executive Order 13978 for building the National Garden of American Heroes. The National Garden was going to be built to reflect the awesome splendot of our country’s timeless exceptionalism. Executive Order 13980 to protect americans from overcriminalization through regulatory reform.

June

  • Memorandum to extend MRAA fund for refugees in an amount not exceeding $46 million. This assistance will be used to address unexpected and urgent refugee and migration needs, including support for vulnerable refugees and migrants in Central America and third countries in the region.
  • Targeted attacks in Syria and Iraq against facilities used by Iran-backed militia groups. The president acted under self-defense Article 51 of the United Nations Charter.

  • Biden signs Executive Order 14036 , which created the White House Competition Coucil (Predominately made up of cabinet members and already-high ranking government officials) and “encourages” support for Net Neutrality- without actually encoding anything related to Net Neutrality into law.
  • Biden delegated authority to the Secretary of State to provide assistance for refugees, victims of conflict, and other at-risk individuals in Afghanistan, including applicants for Special Immigrant Visas. This includes the authority to direct the drawdown of up to $200,000,000 in articles and services and military education and training from the Department of Defense.
  • Biden Administration send a letter to Congress to request an amendment abd increase $5 million in discretionary budget authority to the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget.

  • Disasterous withdrawal from Afghanistan. Taliban immediately reasserts control over the government.
  • Executive Order to set a goal of 50% of all new passenger cars and ligh trucks sold in 2030 to be zero-emission vehicles.

September

  • Executive Order mandates COVID-19 vaccination for all Federal employees. (see: section 2, declaring it mandatory).
  • Biden delegates the authority to the Secretary of State to direct the drawdown of up to 22 million in defense articles and services from the Department of Defense for the same purpose.
  • Executive order to expand the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST). The order amends Executive Order 14007 by increasing the number of PCAST members from the current limit of 26 to a new limit of 32.

  • Biden Signs Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act into law. Reminder this law has a provision that new vehicles manufactured after 2026 must have police remote shut off. Some of the money was used to “make bus stops less racist” as per Biden’s Department of Transportation.
  • Memorandum for the Exchange of Naval Nuclear propulsion information indicating the approval of the Agreement between the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom for the Exchange of Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information. It confirms that the Agreement will promote mutual defense and security without constituting an unreasonable risk, and authorizes its execution by the United States Government.

This is a local election, but received very minimal coverage, so it’s being included here as more might come to light in the future.
  • Pentagon fails audit for 6th year in a row. Albiet this started in the Trump Administration, clearly nothing has been done to change course.
